As a registered agent on RealtyBid.com, you will be able to add your customers into your Agent Account and place bids for them or bid for yourself. The system will manage these customers for you so there is no confusion as to who you are bidding for and the amounts bid. The customer management feature has helped increase the number of agent bids placed on this site from under 10% in 2004 to over 60% today.
NOTE: If you are an REO agent, and your property has been posted on RealtyBid.com by a financial institution or asset manager, you will need to verify the property information sent to us by the Seller. To verify a property, you will need to login to your Agent Account with the information supplied to you via email. Once at your Agent Account, go to the Verify a Property link. Please use the login information supplied to you via email. Do not set up a separate account or your properties will not be accessible.
